Customs Clearance and Tariffs
We will handle customs clearance and pay customs duties for customers located in these countries: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Czech, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Monaco, Austria, Sweden, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Russia, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore.
For other countries and regions, you may need to complete customs clearance and pay duties yourself when the package arrives. The government should notify you by phone, text message, or email.
Shipping Time
For most countries, shipping time is typically 8-15 days. In some cases, delivery time may be up to 20 days. If your order has not arrived after 20 days, please contact us.
Please note that packages are shipped from China to your country for customs clearance. Tracking information will only be updated after customs clearance is complete. Therefore, after the shipping label is created, the next tracking update usually takes 8-12 days. We will ensure your package arrives safely.
Payment Methods

Order Cancellations
You can always cancel your order and get refund before we start to produce your doll. It is totally free. we generally produce your doll after 24 hours. Once your dolls have started production, you can cancel your order, but you will not receive a refund.
Package Returns
- Sex dolls are customized products. We will start customizing your dolls once ordered. Refunds are not supported after we start the production process, but you can get refund anytime before we produce your sex doll.
- Before shipment, we will have a complete inspection. If you want to get the video of packing before shipment, you can contact us by email:sale@littlesexdolls.com.
- When you get the package of sex doll, it is necessary to shoot an open-box video to prove the authenticity of the possible defects.
- You can consult with us if you are not satisfied with our dolls for some reasons, but because the doll will touch the skin and reproductive organs, it will affect the second sale, so once you use it, there is no refund available.
